Art Creativity with Young Children

POSTED: 18 June 2010

The Art Creativity with Young Children is presented by Emily Grav, owner of The Paint Box, www.thepaintbox-victoria.comEmily will be demonstrating 3 different art projects that involve varied mixed media techniques that will excite, focus and encourage creativity in all children aged 2 – 4 years old. Emily opened up The Paint Box in September 2008, a local art school in the Fernwood area and since then has been teaching visual arts to all ages. One of the most rewarding, and challenging age groups Emily teaches are the 2 to 5 yr old children. Her experience with this age group has lead her to create many mixed media projects that work on children’s concentration, creativity, and fine motor skills.
